You feel the punches and feel almost pain of the kick. This has better padding than “RDX Men’s Cgm-T1B-L/XL Boxing Mma Chest Guard Size XL” and protects better but it is less flexible than “RDX Men’s Cgm-T1B-L/XL Boxing Mma Chest Guard Size XL”.
Both products feel little to small. I am 170cm and 80 kg.
I am planning to buy Ampro or Title body protector to see if that gives better protection.

Very happy with the product. It is of high build quality and Provides excellent absorptive capacity in reducing power transferred in punches. It’s great for practising body shots allowing you to practice hitting different angles that cannot necessarily be done using pads. I would recommended for people who want to work on different angles and attack on the body. You can also easily move around in it, and still hold pads/ gloves to allow for full sparring experience.

Depende el tipo de golpe, notarás más o menos el impacto, pero tiene muy buena sujeción por la espalda con un velcro grande y una tira por detrás de la cabeza. Recomendado para iniciarse en artes marciales o para realizar entrenamientos a un nivel de intensidad considerable.

I have been running a martial arts club for 20 years, I thought I would buy this to see what it was like. I have to admit I found it really good. My training partner could kick full force with round house and front kicks and I felt very little. So good in fact I am going to get a couple more for the club.
It was 100% comfortable. Value for money is off the charts. My son tried it and he had never kicked so fluently. 100% advise you to get this.
